Ali Raza Nemati is an individual with a diversified experience and personality in HR (Training, Recruitment, Talent and OD). He is the Founder and CEO of ARN Consultants. He has 10+ years of experience in Banking, Educational and Pharmaceutical Sector in the areas of Human Resources, Learning and Development, Islamic Banking, Research and Development and Corporate trainings. Ali Raza Nemati is a Certified Training Professional (CTP) from FAA Malaysia, Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) from Concord Canada and Certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner from Thomas UK & a Certified Trainer from IMS Knowledge (Franklin Covey Pakistan). He is also Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethica Dubai, a Certified Islamic Banker & Trainer from Jamia Dar Ul Uloom Karachi. He has impacted the life of 10000+ persons in the areas of Soft Skills, Sales, Research and Islamic Banking. He is a PhD Scholar and has completed his MS (M-Phil Marketing) with distinction having 17 National & International Research Publications and Presentations in the field of Marketing, Human Resources & Islamic Banking. He has also presented research paper at global forums on behalf of Meezan Bank & Bank Alfalah at Malaysia and Germany.

He has headed Trainings and HR in both Banking & Pharmaceutical industry. He is also working as advisor and consultant for Human Resources and Islamic Finance with different organizations. He also remains connected to various corporate & Education Institutions/Universities as Corporate Trainer, Motivational/Guest Speaker, Visiting Faculty, and External Supervisor.

As a speaker of rare Charisma, Ali is always eager to share his unique take on boardroom concepts and business philosophies, in intellectually stimulating sessions with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
